How the Hire Service Works
Making your production run as smoothly as possible is our aim.
Call Time
Operator arrives at location. Most of our kit is supplied in wheeled cases for easy access. We recommend a call time of an hour before the autocue needs to be used for an on-camera set-up and 1 hour and 30 minutes for a conference / awards prompting set-up.
Set-Up
Operator will set-up the autocue system as required and offer advice necessary for any situation.
Prompting
Operator will prompt your script following the reading pace of the presenter, using bespoke software designed by us. We can edit scripts 'on the fly' during filming and navigate around the text quickly. All you need to do is email a copy of the script as a Word document.
Wrap
Operator will de-rig the kit and take it away.
